Friday, December 23

4:15 pm –  Toledo Welcome Reception at the DC Renaissance Hotel

5:15 pm – Air Force Welcome Reception at the Mayflower Hotel

**The public is welcome to cheer on arrival of teams, however receptions are closed events.

Saturday, December 24

Air Force players visit the Armed Forces Retirement Home, while Toledo takes a tour of the Mall and monuments.

Sunday, December 25 (Christmas Day)

Toledo players to visit the Washington DC VA Medical Center, while Air Force takes a Christmas day tour of the Mall and Monuments.

Monday, December 26

A full day with Air Force and Toledo touring the US Capitol before loosening things up when a hypnotist comes to entertain both teams!

Tuesday, December 27

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Military Bowl Teams Luncheon at the JW Marriott (closed to public)

Wednesday, December 28

12:00 pm – 5:00 pm Military Village on the Armory Mall

Military Village is an event unlike any other showcasing our military’s assets that are used worldwide to secure our safety.  The village will be nestled between the DC Armory and RFK Stadium so that the vast majority of game day attendees can visit and walk through the Village to get a first hand look at our military strength.  Many government contractor participants will be in attendance with special give-aways to the public throughout the day.

Scheduled to have drash tents with a Navy Centenial Museum, Northrop Grumman Night Hawk Helicopter, Navy Huey helicopter, a Coast Guard Rescue helicopter, a military tank, humvees, drones, predators, satellite equipment and a special demonstrations by military personnel, and a special USO area.

1:00 – 4:00 pm Tailgate at DC Armory
